Yes all our items are authentic, attached with tags from authorised sources.
- Where is your physical store located at?
We are located at 68 Orchard Road, #01-67, right behind the bus stop. We have a 'getting there' guide on our IG highlights.
- Are the items available in your online store and your physical store the same?
No. We have brands that are online exclusives and in-store exclusives.
- Where can we get discount codes?
We do not have discount codes but we have monthly online and in-store sales that you should check out.
- I've changed my mind about my purchase, can I get a refund or exchange my items?
We apologise but we don't accept change of mind as a valid reason for exchange/refund.
- The item's size does not fit me, I can't pull of the look! What do I do?
- I've received a defective item/wrong item, what do I do?
We apologise for the error, I'll personally give the logistics guy a kick in the butt. Shoot us an email at email@example.com with proof of defect and we'll sort it out.
- Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide! With no exceptions.
- How long will shipping take?
Our warehouse ships out orders every Wednesday and Friday afternoon. Our local shipping buddies tell us registered mail takes 1 to 3 days to reach you.
- I’m ordering internationally, how long will it take for my items to arrive?
Our international shipping buddies tell us It'll take up to 14 business days for you to receive the items. Do note there might be slight delays due to Covid-19!
- How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is dependent on your location and weight of items. Head to the checkout page with a full cart and it'll be conveniently calculated for you.
- How do I track my order?
Upon processing your order, an automated email will be sent to you with the tracking number and information.
- What do I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?
